攀枝花市移民城不同职业人群酒依赖及相关问题的研究——(五)汉、彝族农民饮酒情况及相关问题对照研究

摘　　要：了解本市汉、彝族农民饮酒情况及相关问题。方法采用定式问卷对15—65岁的汉族农民1030人,彝族农民1070人进行调查。结果饮酒率汉、彝农民分别为33.50%、36.92%;饮酒所致精神障碍患病率汉、彝农民分别为12.23%、23.36%;躯体障碍患病率汉、彝农民分别为9.51%、14.67%;社会功能损害发生率汉、彝分别为6.80%、13.27%。结论彝族农民饮酒所致精神障碍及躯体障碍患病率、社会功能损害发生率均高于汉族,可能与彝族的饮酒风俗习惯有关。Objective To understand alcohol drinking and drinking relative problems in the peasants of Hun and Yi.Method Used structured questionnaires to investigate for alcohol drinking of 1030 Han and 1070 Yi peasants(15～65year old).Results The drinking rate of Han and Yi is 33.50% and 36.92%.The psycho- logical disorder of Hun and Yi with alcohol drinking is 12.23%and23.36%.The Body disorder of Hun and Yi peasants is 9.51%and 14.67%.The social disruption occurring rate of Han and Yi is 6.80%and 13.27%.Conclusion In the psychological disorder and Body disorder and the rate of social disruption oc- curring which of Yi peasants is higher than Han is It is probably with the life customs of Yi nationali- ty.
