摘 要:电器线圈是典型发热元件之一。用网络分析的方法可以在考虑与线圈相关联零部件的发热及散热影响的条件下进行线圈的稳态热计算。本文分析了轴对称平行平面线圈热场的热传导方程.提出了考虑线圈内功率密度差异及等功率密度两种数学模型及相应的等效网络、计算流程。对两种电器实例的计算表明了本分析方法对计算电器线圈稳态发热的有效性。Electric apparatus coil is one of typical elements generating heat.Byusing the network analysis method,it is possible to calculate the steady-stateheat of the coil under the conditions of heat generated and given off bythose components associated with the coil.This paper analyzes the heatconduction equations of the axis symmetric parallel plane heat-field of thecoil;proposes a mathematical model of power density differences within acoil and a mathematical model of constant power density of a coil;and inaddition,presents the corresponding equivalent network and the calculatingflowchart.The calculation of the two types of electric apparatus shows thatthe proposey analysis method for the steady-state heat calculation of electricapparatus coil is effective.
