摘　　要：月桂酰肌氨酸钠是一类新型氨基酸类阴离子表面活性剂,性能卓越,在国外已被大量生产并广泛采用,但国内还没有工业化生产。月桂酰肌氨酸钠有熔融法、酰胺羰基化法和肖顿-鲍曼缩合法三种合成方法。本文基于肖顿-鲍曼缩合法路线,改进其不足,开发了新的合成工艺。新工艺所得产品的产率达94％以上,纯度达99.9％,同时新工艺基本上不存在三废污染问题。Sodium lauroyl sarcosinate is new amino acid anionic surfactant. As it possesses excellent properties, it has been mass produced and widely used abroad, but there is no commercial production domestically. There are three routes to synthesize sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, which are melting method, amide carbonylation and Schotten-Baumann condensation. Based on the Schotten-Baumann condensation and by making some modifications, the new process has been developed. The yield of the product is over 94% and the purity is as high as 99. 9% by adopting the new processs. In addition, the process does not generate environmental pollution.
