摘  要:通过旋转挂片试验、静态阻垢试验 ,筛选评定了新型的具有良好缓蚀、阻垢效果的无磷钨系水处理剂 ,并通过动电位极化曲线测试初步探讨了该水处理剂的缓蚀机理。实验结果表明 ,在本工作试验条件下 ,碳钢缓蚀率 >94% ;动电位极化曲线测试的结果说明该钨系水处理剂对阳极、阴极均有抑制作用。该水处理剂高效、低毒、无公害 。Through rotary coupon corrosion tests and static state scaling tests, some new tungstate based water treatment agents without phosphate, having good effect on corrosion prevention and anti scaling, have been studied, selected and evaluated. The corrosion inhibition of the agents is studied by measuring potentiodynamic polarization curves. Under the test conditions, the corrosion inhibition efficiency is over 90%. Potentiodynamic polarization results suggest that the agents have inhibition effect both on anodic reaction and cathodic reaction. The inhibitors are highly effective, lowly toxic environmentally friendly agents of green chemicals, with little social effects on pollution.
