山皂角种子化学成分的研究

摘　　要：初步研究了山皂角种子中所含的化学成分 ,测定了氨基酸、多糖、矿物元素和脂肪的含量。预试结果表明 ,山皂角种子中含有酚性成分、生物碱、黄酮及其甙类、糖类、皂甙、甾体及其甙类、内酯、香豆素及其甙类、氨基酸、蛋白质及多肽。The chemical constituents of the seeds of the Gleditsia japonica Miq.have been studied.It is found that the seeds of G.japonica Miq.contain phenols,alkaloids,flavonoids and its glycosides,carbohydrates,saponins,steroidal and its glycosides,lactones、coumarins and its glycosides,amino acids,proteins,polypeptides,oilfats and mineral elements.
