边缘系统相关膜蛋白在大鼠脑纹状体边缘区中的分布

摘　　要：为证明纹状体边缘区是否为脑边缘系统的一个部分 ,用一种边缘系统的特殊标志分子—边缘系统相关膜蛋白 ,应用原位杂交及免疫组化技术研究了纹状体边缘区中此蛋白的 m RNA及此蛋白的表达。结果显示 ,两者在纹状体边缘区中有明显的表达 ,主要由梭形细胞组成 ,密集排列成带状。纹状体的其余部位阳性标记很少。In order to demonstrate whether the marginal division is a portion of limbic system, a special recognition molecule for the formation of limbic connections, limbic system associated membrane protein(LAMP), was used by the in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry method. The distribution of LAMP mRNA and LAMP protein in the marginal division of rat striatum was observed. LAMP mRNA and LAMP positive fusiform neurons were found mainly in the marginal division with belt form and were absent in the other portion of the striatum. The results show that the marginal division is a portion of the limbic system. (Figures 1～6 on plate 21)
