大鼠腰髓脊髓小脑束神经元向小脑中央核的投射—BDA顺行追踪研究

摘　　要：本实验采用 BDA顺行追踪法研究了大鼠腰髓脊髓小脑束向小脑中央核的投射。结果发现 :(1)大鼠腰髓脊髓小脑束神经元 (Clarke氏柱、第 层神经元和脊髓边缘细胞 )可向两侧小脑中央核投射 ,并以注射部位同侧的投射为主 ;(2 )大鼠腰髓脊髓小脑束向小脑中央核的投射主要分布于内侧核及间位核 ,并存在一定的体部定位关系。同时 。The present study examined whether the lumbar spinocerebellar tract projects to the cerebellar nuclei, by using anterograde labeling with biotinylated dextran(BDA). The results were as follows: The distribution of anterogradely labeled axons and terminals was bilateral but predominantly ipsilateral to the injections; labeled axons and terminals somatotopically terminated predominantly in the medial nucleus and the interpositus nucleus, they were also seen in the lateral nucleus for the first time.
