高岭土矿物填料在高分子材料中的应用

摘　　要：在高分子材料中,高岭土是最常用的无机填充剂之一,它不仅起充填增量、降低成本的作用,而且能够改善高分子材料的机械、物理性能,提高制品的质量。The kaolin is one of the most common inorganic extender which can not only increase increment and reduce cost,but also improve the mechanical and physical properties and enhance the quality of high polymer.The paper divides kaolin filler which can be used in high polymer into five typies: 1.the mechanical crushed kaolin as a powder filler of which 5-30 per cent is the limited amount in high polymer; 2.the kaolin filler,obtained through water concentration,drying and grinding,of which the limited amount is 5-30 per cent; 3.the chemical bleaching kaolin filler from water concentration product,acted mainly as extender of white high polymer such as light rubber; 4.the calcining kaolin obtained from calcination under 600℃ of the mechanical and water con- centration kaolins which has high electrical insulation and can be used as filler of insulating plastic and insulating rubber products; 5.the active and micro-active product,obtained from treatment of above four kinds of products under the coupling agent,which can incerase filling amount of kaolin and improve the properties of high polymer.
