摘 要:采用自行设计 ^K式及仿制圆筒式诱捕器 ,以人工合成性信息素 (Z ,E) 9,12 tetradecadie nylacetate (简称TDA)为引诱源在实验室条件下对影响诱捕器诱捕印度谷螟Plodiainterpunctella效果的几个因素进行分析测定。多元线性回归分析结果表明 :日平均温度在 18 5~ 2 6 2℃ ,人工合成性信息素TDA散发日数 9~ 37天 ,温度 (X1)、TDA散发日数 (X2 )、当日释放蛾 (雄 )量(X3)、累计 2日释放蛾量 (X4 )、累计 3日释放蛾量 (X5)等 5个因素与每日诱捕蛾量间存在着相关关系。对 5个因素进行逐步回归分析和筛选 ,得出线性回归方程 :Y =- 2 7 31+1 37X1+0 2 8X3,回归系数R ( 0 90 ) >R0 0 1(n - 2 ,0 63)。统计分析结果表明 :日平均温度 (X1)、当日释放蛾量 (X3)与诱蛾量 (Y)之间呈显著线性相关关系。traps designed and made by authors and imitated cylindrical traps, in which synthetic sex pheromone, (Z, E) 9, 12 tetradecadienyl acetate(TDA) was used as attractive source for the Indian meal moth \%Plodia interpunctella,\% were employed. Five factors possibly affecting captures of the insects ( Y ), i.e. daily average temperature ( X 1), days of synthetic sex pheromone applied ( X 2), number of male moths released in the first day( X 3), accumulated number of male moths released within two days ( X 4) and accumulated number of male moths released within three days ( X 5), were determined in the laboratory. Multiple linear regression and progressive regression were used to screen among the five factors. The results showed that there was a linear correlation between the five factors and the number of male moths captured on conditions that the daily average temperature ranged from 18 5℃ to 26 2℃ and the synthetic sex pheromone(TDA) was exposed from 9 to 37 days. As the three independent varieties X 2, X 4, X 5 with insignificant coefficient of partial regression were eliminated, a multiple linear regression equation was derived as follows: Y=-27 31+1 37X 1+0 28X 3 . The multiple correlation coefficient ( R ) of this equation was 0 90> R 0 01 ( n -2,0 63). This result indicated that both the daily average temperature and the number of male moths released in the first day were closely related to the number of male moths captured each night. Chi square test proved no significant difference between the actual values and calculated ones for moths captured.
