摘　　要：以开发漳州第二自来水厂监控系统为实例,介绍在监控系统中利用进行程序开发的技术,在如何开发高效、实Visual BasicWindows时的监控软件方面作了方法上的研究。文中深入研究了自动化、控件、开发等技术。This paper takes The NO.2 Water Factory of Zhangzhou for example, introduces a technology how to use Visual Basic to develop Windows program in monitor and control system. And described in detailed how to develop the realtime monitor and control software efficiently. This paper also include brief introduce of Automation, ActiveX control, and how to develop DLL program. ;;;;;
