摘　　要：空间信息技术和网络技术的融合,产生了一个基于的研究的热门课题。介绍了互联网信息时代的的几种实现InternetWebGISWebGIS方案,认为传统的在浏览器和服务器之间以图象格式传送的地图数据,限制了的性能,提出了一种基于可升级矢HTMLWebJPG/GIFWebGIS量图形()和组件技术的的解决方案。SVGScalable VectorIt is one of the hottest research area of GIS on how to integrate Web and GIS technology to browse and to analyze spatial information. Based onthe analysis of several resolve planes of WebGIS today, a conclusion can be drawn that the transition of map data in the format of image between clients andservers by HTML restricts the performance of WebGIS.This paper then proposes a schema based on SVG(Scalable Vector Graphics) and Component technology to resolve this problem. ;;;;
