摘　　要：传统的集成化工艺设计系统往往注重CAD/CAPP/CAM的集成 ,并以零件为基本研究对象 ,因而无法满足计算机集成制造对工艺设计全面集成的要求。针对这一缺陷 ,以产品为基本研究对象 ,将工艺设计系统的集成分为内部集成和外部集成两大块。内部集成通过工艺卡片的标准化建模和管理规则文件的动态建立 ,实现工艺设计信息与工艺管理信息的通讯 ,保证产品工艺信息的完整性和一致性 ;外部集成则以PDM为集成平台 ,保证了产品工艺信息的共享 ,实现了工艺设计系统和其它CIMS分系统之间的集成。关键技术在自主开发的商品化软件———集成化工艺设计系统中得以实现 。Traditional process planning system pays more attention to the integration of CCAD/CAPP/CAM. This kind of integration is based on the part model and is a partial integration. A product-oriented whole integration of CAPP(GS-CAPP)is developed and realized. The integration of GS-CAPP is divided into two parts: interior integration and exterior integration. As for interior integration, a standard process card model and the file of management rule is created to integrate process design information and process management information. The realization of exterior integration is based on GS-PDM integrated platform. Through using of technology of PDM, the product process information is shared and the seamless integration of CAPP and other system(MIS、ERP etc)is realized.
