摘　　要：文章针对SNMP等协议的局限性和缺陷，提出了一个适合当前网络管理需要的协议解决方案，即I－SNMP，同时介绍了以I－SNMP为基础的网络管理应用系统OpenWatch。： This paper offers a solution on TCP／IP－based network management protocol，which is adapted to the current need of network management aiming at the limitation and disadvantage of such protocols as SNMP，that is I－SNMP． In addition，it introduces the application system of I－SNMP：OpenWatch．
