摘　　要：文章在分析了变位率（VBR）视频和多区记录（MZR）磁盘特性的基础上，提出了一种比例安置算法：视频数据块按尺寸、分比例安置到相应的记录区上。这种算法和其它算法相比简洁、更有效地利用了磁盘带宽和能支持更多视频流的同时检索。： The paper bases on analyzing the characteristics of VBR video and MZR disk，then provides a proportional placement algorithm that the video blocks in a video file are placed on corresponding zone of MZR disk by size and proportion．It last compares the performance of the algorithm with existing algorithm．The simulation result shows that proportional placement algorithm is simpler，utilizes the disk bandwidth effectively and supports more video streams than existing algorithm．
