摘  要:分析了曲面粗、精加工过程的不同特点 ,指出传统的切削负载自适应方法应用到曲面精加工过程时的缺陷 ,提出了新的简单、易行的曲面精加工负载自适应策略———等切削力余量模型方法 ,论述了模型的构造算法及其关键技术。The goal of surface finish cutting is to get both high dimensional accuracy and high surface accuracy. Conventional cutting force adaptive strategies, including adaptive control of machining process, NC program optimizaton based on milling process simulation technology, and deliberately programming, are either disadvantages to surface finish or difficult to realize, when applied to curved-surface finish cutting process. A new cutting force adaptive strategy for curved-surface finish cutting, named constant cutting force allowance model mothod, is put forward. The strategy is simple, feasible and easy to realize. The construction algorithm of the model is given. The key technologies to the model building are discussed.
