摘　　要：由温塑性成形工艺来生产铁路重载货车轴承滚动体 ,有利于提高零件的抗疲劳强度和生产效率 ,除低原材料消耗。温塑性成形是实现少无切削的有效途径。本文介绍了 197730轴承滚动体的研制过程及主要工艺参数的确定。In order to improve the fatigue strength resistance and production efficiency,also reduce the consumption of the raw material,we usually adopt the warm forming process to produce the bearing rollers of the heavy wagon train.It is an effective method to realize the less/non cutting forming.This article introduces the development of the 197730 bearing rollers and the determination of the main parameter.
