摘  要:为解决厚壁管在单向加压的普通液压机上进行闭式镦粗后壁厚不均的问题 ,本文提出了一种浮动凹模芯模闭式镦粗法。首先 ,介绍了该工艺的成形过程及模具结构 ;其次 ,采用刚塑性有限元法对新工艺和传统工艺进行了有限元模拟 ,比较模拟结果发现新工艺可明显地提高管件壁厚的均匀性 ;最后 ,对该工艺及传统工艺进行了试验研究 ,试验结果和模拟结果吻合良好。Using closed die upsetting process to manufacture thick wall tubes on normal hydraulic press may cause the dis uniformity of the thickness along the length of the tube.In this paper,a new process of using floating dies was introduced.The forming process and die structure were given.Using the rigid plastic finite element method,both the new process and the conventional process were simulated on the computer workstation.The comparison of the simulated results for the two processes shows that the thickness of the tube obtained by the new process is more uniform than that by the conventional process.The experimental research was also carried.The experimental result has a good agreement with the simulation result.
