摘　　要：本文重点阐述了结构、热响应及光学的集成分析方法和过程，应用Ｚｅｒｎｉｋｅ多项式光机热各分析模块间数据接口的工具，进行各分析模块间数据的转换。以某空间相机为例进行了系统的集成分析。Thermal/structural/optical(TSO) integrated process is outlined. Using Zernike polynomial as a tool, the interface problem of data transmission in optical, mechanical and thermal program is solved, and analysis on certain camera system is carried out using the TSO process.
