摘　　要：在济钢中板厂四辊轧机的四辊辊缝仪系统改造中 ,采用了日本欧姆龙技术生产的传感器代替原传感器 ,保留原来齿轮箱及二次仪表等设备 ,从而克服了仪器之间的不匹配难题 ,节约了改造费用。改造系统自投用以来 ,没有发生过一次故障 。Uses the sensor produced by Japanese Omron technique instead of the original sensor,retains the original gear case and the secondary instruments etc,overcomes the problem of non matching between two instruments,and saves the charge of reconstruction in the reconstruction of roll gap meter system of four high rolling mill in the medium plate plant of Jinan iron and steel group.Since this system has been put into production,there is not a malfunction to occur,it is very reliable.
