摘　　要：济钢第一小型轧钢厂 2 5 0 mm半连轧机组存在加热能力小、轧废多、轧机速度受限等问题。通过改进生产工艺 ,并对加热炉、轧机、动力设备及辅助设备等进行改造 ,该车间的生产能力由 2 4万 t/a提高到 40万 t/a,产品质量提高 。250mm semicontinuous mill unit of the first small section rolling plant in Jinan iron and steel group exists the problems of heating efficiency being small,rolling rejects being more and velocity of rolling mill being confined,etc.Through improving the technologies of production and engaging in reform to heating furnace,rolling mill,power and auxiliary devices,the production capacity of this shop is increased from 240 thousand t/a to 400 thousand t/a,the quality of products is increased and the each item of economic and technical targets is improved obviously.
