摘　　要：在湘钢条件下 ,采用转炉—精炼—连铸—高线工艺试制了 H0 8Mn2 Si A钢 ,试制发现 :钢水的温度 ,合金成分的偏析以及控轧控冷的工艺对 H0 8Mn2 Si的性能有很重要的影响。The H08Mn 2Si wire rod was developed with a process of converter—refining—continuous casting—high speed rolling at the condition of the Xianggang. The tests are discovered that the temperature of steel liguid, the alloying elements segregation, the process's measures of controlled rolling and cooling are important to improve the quality of H08Mn 2Si wire rod.
