摘　　要：为验证试验室内部、试验室之间的综合能力 ,进行了比对试验。通过统计分析 3个试验室的比对试验结果 ,认为伸长率离散原因是测量和断口方面的问题 ;强度数据差异原因是测力误差。为此 ,应熟练拉伸试验速度的控制 ,注意试样的对接和断后标距的测量。For testing and verifying the comprehensive abilities in inner laboratory and among the laboratory makes a contrast test.By statistics and analysis for contrast test results of three laboratories,thinks that the reasons of variance for elongation are the problems for aspects of determination and fracture, and the reason for difference of strength data is the error of mechanics determination.For this reason,has to skilfully control the veloity of tensile test and take notice of abutting joint of sample and the determination of gage length after fracture.
