摘　　要：效能监察对企业具有监察、保证、预防、反馈作用。济钢在开展效能监察活动中 ,围绕“低成本战略”的实施 ,确立了30 0 0万元的年度工作目标 ,同时向效能监察的广度和深度发展 ,从而堵塞了管理漏洞 ,1999～ 2 0 0 0年两年间共节支 96 2 5 .7万元。Efficiency supervising has the functions of monitoring,guaranteeing,preventing and feedback.In the activities of developing efficiency supervising,Jinan iron and steel group focuses on implementing of the 'strategy of low cost',established the objective of saving 30 million yuan per year,meanwhile,by extending efficiency supervising wider and deeper,thereby,within 2 years from 1999 to 2000 year,stopped up the holes of management and saved 96 257 million yuan.
