摘  要:简要介绍三轧厂的工艺现状和原孔型配置,阐述已定成组传动连轧孔型设计的原则和方法,在充分计算和分析现有设备的情况下,对原有的孔型系统进行了部分修改,通过修改前后工艺参数及各生产指标的对比,证明了其修改的合理性,并取得了良好的经济效益。The technique status quo and the original pass schedule are briefly introduced at the No. 3 Rolling Mill. The principle and the method of the pass design in the existing continuous rolling mills, which drove in group are expatiated. The modification of the pass has been made after the full calculation and analysis on the existing equipment. By comparing with the process parameters and the various indexes under the actual condition, the reasonableness of the modification of the pass schedule has been proved. The good economic benefit has been gained.
