摘  要:着重介绍了含氰废水综合治理后闭路循环的应用实践。通过对含氰废水的简易酸化治理达到除杂净化的目的 ,既可节省全面污水治理达标排放的高额费用 ,又可解决尾矿坝浆式堆存厂地的不足 ,同时还可改善贫液闭路循环后的生产指标 ,缓解水源缺乏的不利局面 ,一举多得。辽宁省黄金冶炼厂几年的生产实践证明 ,采用该简易废水治理工艺可提高金总回收率 1 0 7% ,累计节省污水治理成本 99万元 ,综合回收氰化钠 36 2t ,节约用水 6万多m3。Through application of a simple technology of acidified treatment of cyanide bearing waste water,the goals of purification and removal of impurity were achieved,the high cost for complete control of waste water to reach standard discharge was saved,the shortage of the site of tailing dam was solved,the production index after practising closed cycle of barren solution was improved and the deficient of water resources eased up.According to Liaoning Gold Smeltery,the total gold recovery rate was improved by 1.07% resulted from adopting this technology,the treatment cost of waste water saved in several years amounted to 990 thousands Yuans,the comproehensive recovery of sodium cyanide came up to 36.2 tons and 60 thousands cubic water were saved.
