摘　　要：目的　了解恶性肿瘤患者念珠菌感染种类和与感染有关的因素。方法　对我院 81例肿瘤患者医院念珠菌感染的种类进行鉴定。结果　 81株念珠菌感染其中白念珠菌 48株 ,占 5 9 2 6 %。结论　恶性肿瘤患者院内念珠菌感染以白念珠菌为主。恶性肿瘤患者较非恶性肿瘤患者更易发生念珠菌感染 ,手术、化疗。Objective To search the sorts and relative factors of Candida infection in hospital in tumor patients.Methods To determine the sorts of Candida infection in 81 tumor patients in our hospital,analysis the original diseases and the application of the antibiotic.Results The Candida albicans infection accounted for 59 26%(48/81)in 81 Candida infection.Conclusions The major sort of Candida infection in cancer patients in hospital is Candida albicans.Cancer patients are more susceptible to be infected by Candida than innocent tumor patients.Operation,chemotherapy and radiotherapy will further damage the function of immunity in tumor patients.
