四君子汤加味治疗小儿感染后脾虚证400例观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察用四君子汤加味治疗小儿感染后脾虚证的疗效。方法 :运用健脾益气法 ,以《太平惠民和剂局方》之四君子汤为主方治疗小儿感染后脾虚证 40 0例。结果 :痊愈 190例 ,显效 110例 ,有效 6 0例 ,无效 40例 ,总有效率 90 %。患者治疗后血清免疫球蛋白 Ig G、Ig A、Ig M及 T淋巴细胞亚群 CD+ 3 、CD+ 4 、CD+ 4 / CD+ 8、CD+ 8均恢复正常或接近正常 ,并与治疗前比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :四君子汤能提高机体免疫功能 ,增强机体对各种有害刺激的非特异性抵抗力 ,增加胃肠容量 。Objective: To observe the curative effect of modified decoction of four noble drugs in treating postinfectious children's hypofunction of the spleen. Methods: Decoction of four noble drugs (stated in Prescription of Peaceful Benevolent Dispensary) had been applied to tonify the spleen. 400 cases of postinfectious children's hypofunction of the spleen had been treated by the recipe mentioned above. Results: 192 cases was cured, 110 bovious, 60 effective and 40 ineffective. The total effective rate was 90%. The indexes, such as IgG?IgA?IgM and CD + 3?CD + 4?CD + 4/CD + 8?CD + 8, can be found to be obvious difference between pre and post treatment. Coclusion: Decoction of four moble drugs can be used to improve immune function and promoting digestion.
