摘  要:DNA chip, as a new approach to scanning the gene expression profiling, has become popular in medical research. Due to its capacity of high-throughput detection for gene expression, it is especially useful in cardiovascular disease research, in which many factors are involved and a large scale of gene expression may change. In this review the application of DNA chips to cardiovascular research and its progress as well as shortcoming are covered.DNA chip, as a new approach to scanning the gene expression profiling, has become popular in medical research.
