2型糖尿病患者并幽门螺杆菌感染临床分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨 2型糖尿病患者中幽门螺杆菌 (Helicobacterpylori,HP)的感染情况及其临床意义。方法　将 40 0例 2型糖尿病患者分为糖尿病A组 (不伴胃轻瘫 )和糖尿病B组 (伴胃轻瘫 ) ,计算各组HP感染率 ,分别与对照组比较 ,并做组间比较 ,用13C呼气试验 ( 13C UBT)法检测病人幽门螺杆菌感染情况。结果　 2型糖尿病患者幽门螺杆菌感染率为 46 .3% ,与正常人群感染率比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5) ,2型糖尿病胃轻瘫病人幽门螺杆菌感染率为 78.7% ,显著高于正常人群 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论　幽门螺杆菌感染可能与 2型糖尿病胃轻瘫有关。Objective To investigate the role of helicobacter pylori(HP) infection in type 2 diabetes patients. Methods 400 type 2 diabetes subjects were divided into two groups:a group without gastroparesis (group A) and a group with gastroparesis (group B). The patients with HP infection were measured by 13 C breath test. The infected rates of HP in group A, group B and control group were measured, respectively. Comparison was done between the different groups. Results The infection rates of HP in type 2 diabetes patients (46.3%) had no significant difference compared with control group(P>0.05). The infection rates of HP in type 2 diabetes patients with gastroparesis (78.7%) was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01 ). Conclusion The infection of HP may be associate with gastroparesis.
