粗厚山羊草胞质小麦核代换系育性的光温反应

摘  要:1996~ 1997年用粗厚山羊草 4X、6X种细胞质小麦核代换系及其核亲本在我国北纬 2 5°0 1′~ 4 7°0 8′的 5个地点种植。调查了各点各期的自交结实率 ,结合其拔节至抽穗的日长、旬平均气温分析试验材料与日长、温度的关系。结果表明 ,粗厚山羊草 (6X、4X)随日长的增加 ,育性下降。其中 ,粗厚山羊草细胞质某些核代换系在我国适宜光、温条件下可出现完全雄性不育。粗厚山羊草6X种细胞质的光温敏感性高于 4X种细胞质。粗厚山羊草细胞质核代换系的育性在日长相近条件下 ,温度升高 ,育性提高。Wheat nucleus substitution lines in the Aegilops Crassa 4X and 6X cytoplasm and their parents were sown in the five locations between north latitude 25°01′-47°08′ of China in 1996-1997.The results were as follows: The responses of the fertilities of the wheat nucleus substitution lines of Aegilops Crassa 4X and 6X on day length(DL) were sensitive,and fertilities decreased with DL lengthening. Some nucleus substitution lines of Aegilops Crassa 4X and 6X appeared complete male sterility in proper light and temperature situation. Sensitivity between 4X and 6X cytoplasm . Sensitivity of 6X cytoplasm was strronger than that of 4X to DL and air temperature. Fertility of cytoplasm wheat nucleus substitution lines increased with raising of the air temperature in the similar day length.
