摘　　要：应用甲醇固定、姬姆萨氏镜检及细菌培养物直接涂片、猪复归试验对猪枝原体病的病原进行分离与鉴定。猪枝原体姬姆染色为深紫色多形态 ,猪复归试验呈典型猪喘气病 。We isolate and identify the pathogeny of swine's mycoplasma by methanol fixing, giemsa staining, microscopy, painting directly with bacteria culture and reversi ble test. Swine's mycoplasma is inodena and polymorphis after Giensa staining. E xperiment of the reversible test shows typical symptom of Mycoplasmal pnenmonia of swine. Characteristic pathological changes of mycoplasmal pneumonia of swine are observed.
