摘 要:用销环法研究了奥贝球铁与下贝球铁及具有奥贝组织与下贝组织的一种对比钢的滑动磨损性能。采用的载荷为1~20kgf,速度为0.61~1.54m/s。根据实验结果讨论了奥贝球铁与下贝球铁在不同条件下的磨损行为。得出了一个与传统观点不同的结论:等温淬火球铁中的石墨不利于耐磨性。 获得的另一结论是:在描述或比较材料的耐磨性时,除磨损率外,单位载荷的磨损率与转折载荷都是重要的。The sliding wear characteristics or a ductile Iron austempered to upper and lower bainite were studied by the pin-on-ring method. A cast steel having an alike composition as the matrix of the ductile iron was also tested parallelly. The load used was 1-20kgf, and the speed 0. 61~1. 54m/s. The counterpart material was a steel bonded tungsten carbide. The sliding wear characteristics of the ductile iron specimens were discussed according to the experimental results. It was shown that the graphite phase in the austempered ductile irons is unfavourable for wear resistance. Another conclusion points out that the transition load and the wear rate per unit load are all important in describing the wear behaviour of materials.
