摘　　要：本文提出了测试闭口闪点测定仪油杯中闪火火焰存在时间的一种装置,对几种标样和油样进行了测试,得出了闪点高的试样,火焰存在时间较短的结论,并对几种常用的闪火火焰检测方式作了实验比较,提出了将光电二极管作为传感器直接植入油杯内的新方案,初步实验结果表明,新方案电路简单、失误率低、有较高的应用价值。A device for determing the flash time in the oil cup of the confined flash-point tester was developed. Some kinds of eta Ion and oil sample were tested . It was found that the samples with higher flash-points have shorter flash times . The flash inspection modes in common use were compared experimentally, and a new method of implanting a photoelectric diode in the oil cup as a sensor is suggested . Preliminary test results show that this method is superior in its simpler electric circuit and lower failing rate, and is valuable in application .
