棉针织物氯氧双漂短程工艺探讨

摘  要:本文设计了棉织物无煮练、重漂白、短流程的氯氧双漂新工艺,以达到针织品软、弹、缩的质量风格;试验发现,当氯漂pH值8~9、温度35~40℃时,在满足产品强度要求的条件下,可获得较高的白度值,打破了一般被视为pH值≥10、温度≤30℃的界限值;通过在两个厂近10年的生产实践,证实了上述工艺是可行的。In this article, an ingenious design of no boiling ,heavy bleach and short processing chlorine peroxide technic has been designed for knit wear to obgain various qualities of softness ,shrinkoge and resilience. Through a continuity of elaborate experiments, it is found that under the condition of a chlorine pH value of 8-9,a temperature of 35-40℃ ,a higher whiteness value can be obtained meanwhile, appeasing also the product strength requirements. The above experience actually brings an end to the following limlitative assertion pH value≥10 T≤30℃ lastly,the above technology has been found to be feasible through a neary 10 year practice carried out in two factories.
