数字测温电桥参数的一种计算方法

摘  要:用INTESIL 7106,7107等芯片作为A/D转换器,以铂热电阻、铜热电阻作测温器件组成的数字电压表,具有成本低、性能稳定、维修方便等优点,但为校正读数的非线性,常需采用专门的校正电路,实则在量程不太宽时,适当选择电桥参数,使读数误差在整个量程内均匀分布,既使不采用校正电路也可满足一般要求,本文给出这种计算测温电桥电路的工程方法。A digital voltmeter with A/D converter using INTESILR 7106 7107 and with temperature measuring device using temperature-sensing platinum and copper resistance has the advantage of low cost,steady function and convenient maintainance. However,a special corrective circuit is often needed for correcting the nonlinearity of the readings. In practice,when the measuring range is not very wide and the bridge parameters are properly selected as to make the error of the readings uniformly distributed within the entire scale, general requirement can be satisfied even if the corrective circuit is neglected. The engineering method for calculating such a bridge circuit is presented.
