涤毛起绒啥味呢耐起球性能的实践

摘　　要：低比例羊毛的涤毛起绒啥味呢起球较为严重，服用性能较差。通过采取技术措施、工艺改进及正交实验，找出了最佳的工艺参数，使耐起球等服用性能指标有了一定的提高，同时也降低了成本。In the production of polyester/wool pile woven twill coating with low proportion of wool, the product tends to pill which deteriorates the property of dressing By applying orthogonal design to arrange the experimental work and by taking technological measures to improve the process, optimum process parameters for improving the pilling resistance of the product were obtained Also the production cost is reduced.
