摘 要:目的 :寻找新的骨代用品 ,探讨不同植骨方式的成骨及降解差异。方法 :以杯状珊瑚为实验材料 ,进行兔顶骨骨膜下充填植骨、嵌入植骨。并于术后 4、1 2、2 4周处死动物 ,进行放射学、光镜、扫描电镜观察。结果 :术后 4周~ 2 4周 ,充填植骨组新骨逐渐长入珊瑚 ,珊瑚体积较好保存 ;嵌入植骨组新骨亦逐渐长入珊瑚 ,二者新骨均来自骨膜下及骨与珊瑚接触面 ,但后者珊瑚降解和新骨形成均明显快于前者。结论 :杯状珊瑚具有良好的生物相容性和骨亲和性。充填植骨后能从骨膜下及顶骨骨面引导成骨 ,较好保存了植入时的体积 ;嵌入植骨后由于其缓慢的降解和从骨膜及骨缺损处的同时引导成骨 。Objective:To find better natural coral as bone graft substitute and the process of biodegradation and new bone formation of coral implanted in different way.Methods:Pocillopora was selected as our study material.Pocillopora blocks(10×10×3 mm ) were implanted on the cranium of rabbits in the way of onlay and inlay bone graft separately.The specimen was examined by X ray,light microscopy,and scanning electron microscopy separately at 4th,12th and 24th weeks after operation.Results:From 4th 24th weeks,the onlay grafted Pocillopora degraded very slowly,meanwhile,there was new bone formation from the periosteum and under cranium bone surface.In the inlay bone grafted group,the coral degradation and new bone formation were faster than that of the onlay grafted group,the new bone was also come from the periosteum and the underlying bone defects.At the 24th week the defects were repaired completely comparing with the control group.Conclusion:The coral Pocillopora has excellent biocompatibility and slow biodegradability.After onlay implantation,it can induce new bone formation from periosteum and underlying bone surface. Because Pocillopora degrade slowly and can induce new bone ingrowth from periosteum and the area of bone defects,it is useful for bone defect repairing.
