摘  要:目的 :探索大鼠电刺激运动诱发电位 (MEP)信号的起源及传导规律。方法 :30只大鼠经麻醉后用单极经皮层刺激 (MTS)和双极局域刺激 (BFS)方式 ,观察不同刺激强度条件下在T12 硬膜外记录的MEP变化特征。结果 :硬膜外记录MEP(scMEP)包括早期成份 ( <10ms)和晚期成份 (约 14ms) ,早成份以N1、N2 波最明显。脊髓半切或皮层吸除后 ,早成份仍存在而晚成份消失。结论 :scMEP早期成分起源于皮层下脑组织 ,主要经锥体外系传导 ;晚期成分则可能起源于皮层 ,主要经锥体系传导。Objective: To study the origin and conductive features of electric stimulation Motor Evoked Potentials(MEP)in the rat.Methods:30 SD rats received intravenous anesthesia and were stimulated by Monopolar Transcortical Stimulation (MTS) style or Bipolar Focal Stimulation(BFS)style in order to observe the characteristics of MEP recorded at T 12 level epidurally under different stimulation intensity.Results:MEP recorded epidurally (scMEP) included early components(<10ms)and late components (about 14ms).The early components consisted mainly of N 1 and N 2 peaks.The early components existed after semi dorsal section or cortex absorption,while the late components were lost.Conclusion:The early components of scMEP come from subcortical brain structure and travel mostly in the extra pyramidal pathway.The late components of scMEP may originate from the cortex and travel in the pyramidal tracts.
