中药合子草的药理及毒理作用研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究合子草水煎液、总皂苷对小鼠免疫功能的影响及急性毒性试验。方法 :通过实验观察合子草对小鼠免疫功能的影响 ,用 Bliss法测定半数致死量进行急性毒性试验。结果 :可明显增强小鼠的免疫功能 ,水煎液 L D5 0 为 132 .34g/ kg,总皂苷 L D5 0 为 7.17g/ kg。结论OBJECTIVE: To study the effects and acute toxicity of water extraction of Hezicao and its total saponin on immunity function.METHODS:Utilized experiments to survey the effects of immunity function of rats. The Bliss method was used determine LD 50 in experiments of acute toxicity.RESULTS:Hezicao can enhance the weight of thymus and spleen of mice. LD 50 of water extraction is 132.34g·kg -1 , the LD 50 of total saponin is 7.17g·kg -1 .CONCLUSIONS:Hezicao had significant effects on improving the immunity function. The activated poisonous position is perhaps total saponin in Hezicao.
