摘  要:目的 :探讨静注手振氟碳微泡造影剂左室腔及心肌显影的能力。材料和方法 :对 8只兔子分别静注 3种 2个剂量手振氟碳微泡造影剂 ,观察注射后左室腔及心肌显影情况。结果 :所有注射可见左室腔显影 ,部分手振糖蛋白氟碳微泡可见心肌显影 ,所有手振高渗糖氟碳微泡及盐水蛋白氟碳微泡无心肌显影。结论 :静注手振氟碳微泡能使左室腔显影 ,部分糖蛋白氟碳微泡可见心肌显影 。Purpose: To study left ventricular and myocardial opacification by intravenous injection of hand agitated perflurocarbon microbubbles. Materials and Methods: Left ventricular short axis view was undertaken in eight rabbits before and after intravenous injection of three kinds of hand agitated perflurocarbon microbubbles at two different dosages. Results: Left ventricular opacification could be observed after injections of all 3 agents, myocardial opacification could be obtained after injections of hand agitated dextrose albumin perflurocarbon microbubbles but not after 50% dextrose perflurocarbon microbubbles or saline albumin perflurocarbon microbubbles. Conclusion: Intravenous injection of hand agitated perflurocarbon microbubbles can produce left ventricular and myocardial opacification thus has the potential of future clinical application.
