摘  要:目的 :探讨静注手振氟碳微泡造影剂增强肝脏彩色血流信号的能力。材料和方法 :应用彩色多普勒血流图观察5只兔子静注 3种 2个剂量手振氟碳微泡造影剂前后肝脏彩色血流变化。结果 :30次注射中 2 9次肝脏彩色血流信号增强。结论 :静注手振氟碳微泡造影剂能增强肝脏彩色血流信号 。Purpose: To assess hepatic color flow signal enhancing effect of hand agitated perflurocarbon micro bubbles. Materials and Methods: Five normal rabbits were imaged with color Doppler flow imaging technique before and after intravenous injection of three kinds of hand agitated perflurocarbon microbubbles at two dosages. Results: Enhancement of hepatic color flow signal could be observed in 29 of 30 injections. Conclusion: The intravenous injection of hand agitated perflurocarbon microbubbles can enhance the hepatic color Doppler flow signal and has the potential value of clinical application in future.
