乐胃煎对大鼠胃癌前病变胃粘膜异型性的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察乐胃煎对大鼠胃癌前病变 (GPL)胃粘膜异型性的影响。方法 :10 0 g/ L 甲基硝基亚硝基胍饮用液自由饮用 2 4周 ,建立大鼠 GPL 模型。应用乐胃煎治疗 12周后处死 ,运用自动图像分析系统检测胃粘膜结构异型指数 (ISA)、腺体形状指数 (IGF)、体外周形状因子 (GSF)及核腺比值指数 (ING)变化。结果 :乐胃煎组大鼠中、重度异型增生及肿瘤发生率明显低于模型组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,与维甲酸组差异无显著性意义 (P>0 .0 5 )。乐胃煎组大鼠上述各形态参数值均明显低于模型组 (P<0 .0 1)。维甲酸组各指标与模型组比较差异亦有极显著性意义 (P<0 .0 1)。乐胃煎对 GSF、IGF的改善优于维甲酸 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :乐胃煎能有效改善 GPL 大鼠胃粘膜的异型性 ,从而阻断胃癌前病变的进一步发展。Objective:To investigate the effect of Leweijian(LWJ) on pathological atypism in rats with gastric precancerous lesions(GPL).Methods:The rat GPL model was established by drinking 100 mg/L N methyl N nitro N nitro soguanidine (MNNG) solution freely for 24 weeks.ISA?IGF?GSF and ING of gastric mucosa were measured by automatic image analysing system after 12 weeks treated with LWJ.Results:The occurrence rate of moderate,severe dysplasia and tumor in LWJ group were lower than model group statistically(P< 0 05 ).There was no difference between LWJ group and Retinoid group(P> 0 05 ).ISA,IGF,GSF and ING in LWJ group were lower than those in model group(P< 0 01 ).Among the four parameters,the improvement of IGF and GSF were significantly better than those in Retinoid group(P< 0 01 ).Conclusion:LWJ can improve the pathological atypism of gastric mucosa,so as to prevent the further progress of GPL in rats.
