半夏泻心汤及其拆方对慢性胃溃疡大鼠表皮生长因子的影响

摘　　要：目的 :对半夏泻心汤进行拆方研究 ,观察其对大鼠慢性胃溃疡模型的治疗作用。方法 :制备大鼠慢性胃溃疡模型 ,检测其表皮生长因子 (EGF)等指标的变化。结果 :半夏泻心汤及其拆方各组均有不同程度的调节胃液中表皮生长因子含量作用。拆方各组中 ,部分药组之间呈协同作用趋势 ,部分药组之间呈制约趋势 ,其中以甘补组 (人参、炙甘草、大枣 )的效果最为显著。结论 :扶正药物在半夏泻心汤中的抗溃疡作用不容忽视。Objective:To study the decomposed recipe of Banxia Xiexin decoction (BXXXD,半夏泻心汤) and observe its therapeutic effects on rat models with chronic gastric ulcer.Methods:The rat model with chronic gastric ulcer was established and the changes in indexes of epidermic growth factor(EGF) etc.were detected.Results:All the BXXXD and its decomposed recipe possessed the actions on regulating the contents of EGF in gastric juice to different extent.In decomposed groups some groups showed a tendency towards synergism while others showed restriction.Among decomposed groups the group of tonifying with the sweet (甘补组) displayed the most obvious efficacy.Conclusions:It is certain that the medicines BXXXD,which possess effect of reinforcing the body's vital energy (扶正) does not allow to ignore.
