泻克脐膜治疗婴幼儿急性水样便腹泻临床与实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨泻克脐膜治疗婴幼儿急性水样便腹泻的疗效。方法 :应用泻克脐膜治疗婴幼儿急性水样便腹泻 ,并与十香暖脐膏对照 ,观察临床疗效并进行动物实验研究。结果 :临床研究显示 :止泻及消除呕吐、腹胀治疗组较对照组为优 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1)。动物实验结果显示 :泻克脐膜具有抗腹泻、抑制肠蠕动亢进、缓解腹痛、抗炎等作用。结论 :泻克脐膜是治疗婴幼儿急性水样便腹泻的中药新型制剂。Objective:To study the effect of Xieke Qimo(泻克脐膜) on acute watery diarrhea(AWD)in infants and young children.Methods:The patients were divided into two groups.The treated group was treated with Xieke Qimo for external application,while the control group treated with Shixiang Nuanqi soft extract( 十香暖脐膏 ).The clinically curative effects were observed and the experimental study was done.Results:The clinical study indicated that treated group acquired more effective curative effects on stopping diarrhea,dispelling vomit and abdominal distension( P <0 05 or P <0 01).Animal test showed that Xieke Qimo had the actions on resisting diarrhea,inhibiting the hyperfunction of intestinal peristalsis,attenuating the abdominal pain,resisting inflammation,etc.Conclusions:Xieke Qimo is a new type preparation and can be used to treat AWD in infants and young children effectively.
