摘  要:目的 探讨外周交感神经系统在情绪应激体液免疫调节中的作用。方法 在已建立的两种情绪应激体液免疫调节作用的动物模型基础上 ,着重分析情绪应激条件下 ,外周交感神经系统和下丘脑 垂体 肾上腺轴 (HPA轴 )活性与体液免疫功能间相关性。并采用 β 肾上腺素能受体拮抗剂心得安 ,来进一步明确外周交感神经系统在情绪应激体液免疫调节中的作用。结果 在电击装置诱发的情绪应激模型中 ,脾脏指数与肾上腺素含量呈显著负相关 ;而在空瓶刺激诱发的情绪应激模型中 ,抗体OD值与去甲肾上腺素含量呈显著负相关 ;两种模型中 ,皮质酮含量与体液免疫功能间均无相关性 ;且心得安能逆转由空瓶刺激诱发的抗体OD值和脾脏指数的降低。Objective To investigate the involvement of sympathetic nervous system in the humoral immunomodulation induced by emotional stress. Method Utilizing two kinds of animal models of emotional stress established in our laboratory, Our study analyzed the correlation between the sympathetic nervous system activity, hypothalamus pituitary adrenal axis activity and the humoral immune function under the stressful condition. Furthermore, β adrenergic receptor antagonist propranolol was used to determine the effect of the sympathetic nervous system on the immunomodulation induced by emotional stress. Results Spleen index was correlated negatively with the level of epinephrine in the animal model of emotional stress induced by footshock apparatus, and the OD level of antibody was also correlated negatively with the level of norepinephrine in the animal model of emotional stress induced by empty water bottles. But the level of corticosterone was not correlated with the humoral immune function in these two kinds of animal models. Furthermore, propranolol reversed the immunosuppression caused by empty bottles. Conclusion The sympathetic nervous system maybe the major pathway involved in the humoral immunomodulation induced by emotional stress.
