摘  要:研究结果表明:1.使用新型的苯基脲衍生物4pU与生长素配合,可明显提高茎段和离体叶片的分化,其活性约为6苄基氨基嘌呤、6-BA)、玉米素(ZT)的10倍。2.在附加4pU(1毫克/升)的培养基上,分化不定芽和茎段丛生芽,个体发育较弱,须经在低浓度4pU(0.3~0.5毫克╱升)和6-BA(1毫克/升)培养基中再培养,方可获得健壮的试管苗。3.中华猕猴桃试管苗在1/2MS+NAA_(0.5)+IBA_(0.5)的培养基中培养10天后,移栽成活率可达95%左右。The research results in this paper shown that: 1, appling 4PU, the new phynel urea derivation, with other growth hormone togather, the differentiation of stem section and leaves in vitro could be improved, the activity of 4PU is 10 times as much as 6-BA and ZT; 2, the adventitious buds and cluster buds of the stem section derived from the medium addied 4PU(lmg/l), their development is relatively weak, the individual shoot should be transfered to the medium that with lower 4PU (0.3-0.5mg /1) and 6-BA (1mg/1) to recultivation for getting strong shoots; 3, after the shoots in vitro of Actinidia chinensis cultivated in the medium with 1/2MS + NAA0.5+IBA0.5 for 10 days, the servival rate of the transplant will be reach to 95%.
