九气拈痛胶囊对痛经大鼠子宫组织内皮素和一氧化氮影响的实验研究

摘　　要：为了探讨九气拈痛胶囊治疗原发性痛经疼痛的作用机制 ,用阿斯匹林、月月舒作对照 ,通过对催产素所致大鼠子宫剧烈收缩 (模拟痛经症 )的影响 ,采用放射免疫法对照观察了痛经大鼠子宫匀浆内皮素和一氧化氮的变化。结果表明 ,九气拈痛胶囊能明显抑制催产素诱发大鼠扭体反应次数P <0 0 1 ,具有镇痛作用 ;模型组大鼠子宫NO的含量降低。与正常组比较P <0 0 1 ;经九气拈痛胶囊治疗后 ,子宫组织ET -1含量降低 ,而NO含量有所升高 ,与模型组相比P <0 0 1 ;九气拈痛胶囊高、中、低剂量治疗组与阿斯匹林、月月舒对照组比较差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5) ,提示九气拈痛胶囊有改善子宫组织ET -1、NO活性的作用 ,此作用可能是九气拈痛胶囊治疗原发性痛经疼痛的机制之一 ,亦说明九气拈痛胶囊是临床治疗原发性痛经的有效药物。Objective:To explore the mechanism of primary dysmenorrhea treated with Jiuqiniantong capsule.Methods: Aspirin and Yueyueshu Granules was used as comparison to observe the effect on oxytocin induced rat's uterine hypercontractility(similarity symptom of dysmenorrhea).the change of endothelin(ET) and nitric oxide(NO) of uterine homogenate in dysmenorrhea rat were tested by radioimmunoassay. Results: Jiuqiniantong capsule had obvius analgesia function that could obviously restraint rat's wring times by oxytocin induced (P<0 01).No content of rat's uterine in group model was lower than that in normal group(P<0 01);After treated with Jiuqiniantong capsule,ET-1 was lower and NO was higher in uterine tissue than that in model group(P<0 01) respectively;there was no obvious difference between the other groups respectively(P>0 05). Conclusion: Jiuqiniantong Capsule may improve activitis of ET-1 and NO in uterine tissue of rat which was one of the mechanism on treatment primary dysmenorrhea and it was an effective clinical drug.
