摘　　要：IR2167是在同一芯片上包含PFC、镇流控制器和半桥驱动器的电路。预热时间与频率、点火及运行频率可编程的特征,为镇流器设计工程师提供了高度灵活性。像低AC线路情况、灯点火失败、热过载或在工作时灯失效这一类保护及自动再启动功能,已包含在设计中。The IR2167 includes PFC, ballast controller and half bridge driver in one chip. Its externally programmable features of preheat time & frequency, ignition and running frequency provide a high degree of flexibility for the ballast design engineer. The protection function such as low AC line conditions, failure of a lamp to strike, thermal overload or lamp failure during normal operation, as well as an automatic restart function, have been included in the design.
