摘　　要：初步实现了一个点对点的基于PC机和公用电话网络的远程监控系统。系统包括三个部分 :本地监控终端子系统、传输网络和远程监控终端子系统。本系统实现了视频图象动态传输和远程实时控制功能。系统遵循简单有效的原则 ,从实际应用出发进行设计和开发 ,适合于对运动平缓和非连续监视的应用场合。In this paper, we have realized a primary point to point long distance monitoring system based on the personal computer and the public telephone network. The local monitoring subsystem, transmission network and long distance monitoring subsystem are included in this system. It provides the functions of long distance dynamic video transmission and long distance real time controlling. This system follows simplification and effective principal from the eyes of the actual implement. And it is fit to smooth motion video picture and internal monitoring suits.
