摘 要:用连续强光或低光驯化后再转到强光下抑制的方法,比较了杂种F_1(3037/02428、Xiandang/02428)及其亲本的光抑制差异,并用对光抑制敏感品种Mars作为对照,结果看出: 1)在连续强光(1680μE·m^(-2)s^(-1))下照射5.5小时,杂种3037/02428 F_1及其亲本02428光合速率分别抑制了17.8%和36.0%,而对光抑制敏感的对照品种Mars却抑制了61.89%(表1)。 2)经低光(1/3自然光)驯化后的叶片,再用强光(2620μE·m^(-2)s^(-1))照射90分钟使其抑制,再在低光(250μE·m^(-2)s^(-1))下恢复210分钟,两个杂种和亲本02428光合速率变化与未经驯化的(在自然光下生长的)对照没有明显的差异(图2)。而两个亲本3037、Xiandans和品种Mars经低光驯化后光合速率变化与对照比较,差异显著。经低光驯化者,光合速率恢复程度不如未驯化者,且在给以30分钟黑暗后,放出的CO_2也多。这表明,两个杂种F_1和02428对光抑制敏感性小,对光的适应能力比3037、Xiandang和Mars为强,杂种F_1的这一特性是来自亲本02428。Photoinhibition of photosynthesis was compared between the F1 hybrids (3037/02428, Xian-dang/02428)of rice and their parents under continuous strong light (900 and 1680 μE ?m-2s-1) or through a prior acclimatization under low light. In the latter case, the acclimatized detached leaves were exposed to a strong light of 2620 μE ?m-2s-1 for 90 minutes followed by 30-minutes dark,then put under a low light of 250 μE ?m-2s-1 for 210 minutes to recover. The rice variety Mars,sensitive to photoinhibition,was used as a check. The results showed: l)The photosynthetic rates of the F1 hybrid of 3037/02428 and one of its parents 02428 were photoinhibited 17. 8% and 36. 0%,respectively,under continuous strong light for 5. 5 hours,while for Mars it was photoinhibited 61. 0%(Table l,Fig. 1) 2) The pre-acclimatized leaves of the two hybrids and their common parent 02428 did not show significantly different change in photosynthetic rate compared to the non-acclimatized corresponding ones (Fig. 2). However,in the caes of the other two parents 3037 and Xiandang and the variety Mars,the pre-acclimatized showed significant difference from the non-acclimatized. The former did not recover the photosynthetic rate as well as the latter,and released more CO2 after 30 minutes in dark. This indicated that the two hybrids and 02428 were less sensitive to photoinhibition and better adaptable to light than 3037,Xiandang and Mars. The F1 hybrids inherited these characters from the parent 02428.
